The Law Day Luncheon & Annual Meeting of the Savannah Bar Association will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at noon.

In addition, the Savannah YLD will also present four awards: the Judge Edward Hester Award, the Liberty Bell Award, the Robbie Robinson Award, and the John B. Miller Award.

The SBA Law Day Luncheon serves as the
Annual Meeting under the SBA By-Laws,
when a vote will be taken for
the SBA Secretary for 2026-2027

The guest fee for this Luncheon is $35.

SBA Annual Cocktail Party (11 Jun 2026)

Savannah Bar Association invites every active member and a guest to attend the SBA Annual Cocktail Party June 11, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

In addition to the investiture of the 2026-2027 SBA Officers, the SBA will present the Judge Eugene Gadsden Scholarship, the Judge Phyllis Kravitch Scholarship and the Judge Frank S. Cheatham, Jr. Professionalism Award.

Members will be notified by email regarding details, along with instructions on how to register for this event.

Each active SBA member is allowed one free guest for this event. Additional guests may attend for a fee. If you plan to bring more than one guest, please contact SBA for guest fees prior to this event.

The Savannah Bar Association (SBA) observes its annual summer recess and does not hold any luncheons or events during July and August. For additional details, please visit the SBA’s Annual Calendar.

Members and prospective members are encouraged to contact the SBA at any time with questions, suggestions, or membership inquiries. The SBA remains active year-round and welcomes your engagement.

Individuals joining the SBA after April will be formally recognized and confirmed at the September luncheon of the same year.

Information regarding the upcoming luncheon and event calendar, annual dues, and details for the September luncheon will be distributed to all members in August.

The SBA extends its best wishes for a safe and enjoyable summer and looks forward to welcoming members and guests back at the September luncheon to begin the new bar year.
