Mr. Northup's practice is focused in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, litigation and corporate law. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions with regard to special assets, REO disposition, commercial lending and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Northup has also assisted commercial banks with securities filings, M&A transactions and capital offerings.
In addition to his JD and MBA, Mr. Northup qualified for FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. Prior to entering law practice, he was a financial services-focused investment banker in Florida, where he specialized in capital raising, M&A and financial advisory services.
